My performance of Beethoven's Emperor Concerto at St. Martin-in-the-Fields with the Locrian Ensemble of London cond. On the same day (1st February) Chandos released my recording with Tasmin Little of music by  Amy Beach, Clara Schumann and Dame Ethel Smyth. The recording has already received fabulous reviews - Editors's Choice in Gramophone and Chamber Music choice and a 5 star review from BBC Music Magazine. Read the reviews here....

The year ahead gets off to a flyer with the remaining day of recording at Henry Wood Hall of the complete chamber music of Robert Furstenthal. Works to be added are sonatas for Flute, horn and oboe in which I will be joined by Kathryn Thomas, Nicholas Korth and Malcolm Messiter. The project stretches to 4 CDs involving members of the Rossetti Ensemble and will be issued by Toccata Classics later this year. It has been a privilege to get to know and perform this highly personal music (much of it never played before) by a composer totally unknown to the general public.
